We are proud to say that all of our fresh pasta is made with 100% semolina and fresh whole eggs. Our freshly prepared pasta contains NO artificial colorants, food additives, or preservatives. Our fresh pasta cuts come in a rainbow of colors and flavors. We infuse our doughs with finely ground spinach, tomatoes, lemon pepper, carrots, parsley, squid ink and many other fresh herbs to create a robust flavor. We have perfected our pasta to create a noodle that will melt in your mouth.
Nothing can compare to fresh Cavatelli. For generations, families have been making Cavatelli as part of their family celebrations. Making homemade Cavatelli requires an incredible amount of work. We have done all the work for you allowing even the most discerning palate to appreciate Cavatelli from Perfect Pasta.
Cavatelli is thick pasta with gently rolled edges, and is excellent served with thick chunky sauces, fresh sautéed vegetables, meat sauces, or in salads requiring pasta that will hold sauces and dressings.
Our age-old recipe includes 100% semolina and our premium fresh ricotta. Our Cavatelli comes in two varieties – Regular and the longer 8 Finger Cavatelli. We prepare Cavatelli fresh daily and then flash freeze it to ensure our customers receive the highest quality available on the market today.
Gnocchi & Stuffed Gnocchi
Our Potato Gnocchi are truly one a kind. We make our Gnocchi with specially prepared potato flour from Milan, Italy sold exclusively to Perfect Pasta, Inc. The result is a lighter, fluffier, and smoother textured Gnocchi.
We also make a variety of stuffed Gnocchi using the same potato dough in our regular Gnocchi, but with the addition of our fresh pasta fillings such as creamy ricotta cheese, roasted butternut squash, pesto, and Portobello mushroom and gorgonzola cheese. They are the perfect alternative or compliment to the first course of your meal such as a soup or pasta.
Agnolotti & Mezzaluna
One bite into our gourmet stuffed Mezzaluna (half-moon shaped stuffed pasta) and Agnolotti (round pillows of stuffed pasta) will immediately excite your taste buds. Our suppliers have all exceeded the strict standards we employ n our selection process. Fresh Ricotta cheese made with grade A milk and fresh cream; cheeses like Pecorino Romano and Parmesan are imported, and our vegetables are always fresh carefully prepared for our fillings.
Rotolo is our signature specialty pasta. It has been served in Chicagoland’s premier restaurants, hotels, and banquet halls for over 20 years. Rotolo is made using our acclaimed egg, tomato, and spinach flavored doughs. Between each layer of dough, we spread our gourmet ricotta cheese filling, coarsely chopped spinach, and shredded mozzarella cheese. We then hand roll the pasta into its classic log shape. Rotolo is a wonderful alternative to lasagna and makes a definite statement when served. It is one of the easiest items to prepare, making it almost fool-proof to serve at home.
Tortellini, Tortellacci & Sacchettini
Tortellini and Tortellacci are such versatile pastas. Serve them with confidence as a first course or the main course at your next dinner party. Our customers also love them in their favorite soup recipes. Move over macaroni and cheese – Tortellini and Tortellacci makes a quick and nutritious meal for your children’s lunches and dinners by simply adding butter.
Sacchettini, or “little purse,” are uniquely shaped pasta slightly larger than Tortellini. Because they contain twice the filling, these mini purses allow the robust flavors and textures of our gourmet fillings to be savored.
Our Tortellini and Sacchettini are prepared with premium ricotta cheese and made with grade A milk and fresh cream, along with imported Italian cheeses. The fillings are precisely blended with pure beef seasoned with fresh vegetables and herbs. They are pre-cooked and pasteurized to ensure that you receive the highest quality pasta you can buy.

Cheeses like Pecorino Romano and Parmesan are imported, and our vegetables are fresh and then carefully roasted or steamed in preparation for our fillings.
We will never compromise the integrity of our Ravioli by adding inexpensive fillers. High quality ingredients plus simple tried and true recipes equal Ravioli that are bursting with flavor.
From start to finish, our Ravioli are prepared, cooked, flash frozen and packaged all within 30 minutes. This method of preparation ensures our customers will receive the highest quality pasta available on the market.
Specialty & Handmade – Manicotti & Stuffed Shells
Stuffed Shells and Manicotti both considered an Italian staple, are great for any family gathering. Each of these stuffed pastas is a cheese lover’s favorite! Our pasta is par-cooked and then stuffed with our robust creamy ricotta cheese or ricotta cheese and spinach fillings. Handmade and specialty items are delivered to our customers frozen and can maintain their fresh flavor for up to one year when kept sealed and frozen.

To ensure the consistency that we demand at Perfect Pasta, all premium sauces are made in small batches. They are the perfect complement to our wide variety of pasta. Tiramisu is the perfect end to a wonderful Italian meal. Literally translated, tiramisu means “pick-me-up” in Italian.
Our Italian Style Tiramisu is light and creamy. Tiramisu is handmade using Marscapone Cheese, Lady Fingers soaked in Espresso, and a coffee liqueur. A sprinkling of cocoa powder on top provides the finishing touch.
Our Tiramisu is delivered to customers frozen, and we recommend placing it in the refrigerator overnight to defrost.
