COVID-19: Our Commitment

COVID-19: Our Commitment

Dear Valued Customers,

On Friday March 20th, 2020, Illinois Governor JB Pritzker issued a “Stay-at-home” order for the state of Illinois in an effort to mitigate the impact of COVID-19 Coronavirus. This order began on Saturday March 21, 2020 and will continue until May 30, 2020. Governor Pritzker stated that the supply chain must continue, and as an “Essential Business” providing food and beverage ingredients to other “Essential Businesses” we will remain open to fulfill orders for the food supply chain.

Perfect Pasta, Inc, would like to take this opportunity to extend our thoughts and warmest wishes to all our valued customers as we all try to get through this rough time together.

We take the health and safety of our employees, customers, and vendors very seriously. Perfect Pasta, Inc. will continue to maintain our existing rigorous standards of sanitation and cleanliness at our facility, and have implemented the following in accordance with CDC guidelines:

  1. Sales team members and office members are now working remotely and using online conferencing to maintain effective communication and work relationships between departments and customers.
  2. For essential employees required to work at our production facility, we have enforced social distancing of at least six (6) feet between each other and we are limiting employees to the minimum required to safely and effectively complete orders.
  3. All employees are regularly utilizing hand washing facilities with soap and water, and hand sanitizers are positioned at various locations throughout our facility.

Perfect Pasta, Inc. will continue to serve our customers to the best of our ability and shipments will continue unless there are government-mandated business closures. We will keep you informed of ongoing developments if there are any changes that affect the supply chain. We thank you for your understanding and loyalty as we work together to prevent the spread of COVID-19 Coronavirus throughout our country.

Wishing you all well.
Thank you
Connie DeMarco
