  • 1 package Perfect Pasta Gourmet Braised Beef Ravioli
  • 2 Tbsp. Unsalted Butter
  • 1 cup Quartered Cremini Mushrooms
  • ¾ cup Baby Carrots
  • ½ cup Frozen Pearl Onions
  • 2 cups Beef Demi-Glace, Prepared Per Package Directions
  • 1 tsp. Chopped Chives
  • 4 oz. Strained Marinated Artichokes
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste


  • Place a Medium Size pot on High Heat, Boil 6 cups of water with a teaspoon of salt.
  • Separately in a medium sauté pan pot on medium high heat, melt 1 tablespoon butter and sauté the mushrooms and baby carrots for 5 minutes, until lightly caramelized.
  • Add the pearl onions and beef demi and let simmer for 5 minutes. Whisk in the remaining butter and season with chives, salt and pepper.
  • Blanch the Perfect Pasta Gourmet Braised Beef Ravioli in the salted water for 5 to 6 minutes per the package directions.
  • Plate the pasta and top with the rich beef demi and vegetable ragout.
