  • 1 package Perfect Pasta Wild Mushroom Ravioli
  • 4 each 5 to 6 oz. Chicken Breast
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter
  • 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 2 cups Sliced Cremini Mushrooms
  • 1 cup White Wine
  • 1 cup Chicken Stock
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste


  • Preheat an oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper. In a large sauté pan on high heat, sear the chicken in the butter and olive oil on both sides. Remove and pat off the extra oil.
  • Score the chicken breast along the side about 1 to 2 inches deep and stuff each with 4 to 5 each of Perfect Pasta Wild Mushroom Ravioli.
  • Place the chicken breast in a deep oven proof pan and add the mushrooms, white wine, and chicken stock. Cover with foil and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  • Remove from the oven and serve.
