  • 1 Package Perfect Pasta Gourmet Crab Ravioli
  • 1 Tbsp. Olive oil
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. Chopped Garlic
  • ½ lb. Raw Large Shrimp
  • 1 ½ cups Dry White Wine
  • 3 cups Tomato Puree
  • 1 lb. Fresh Mussels
  • 1 tsp. Chili Flake
  • 1 Tbsp. Chopped Parsley
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste


  • In a large pot on high heat, warm the olive oil and sauté the garlic for 2 to 3 minutes. Add the shrimp and sauté for 5 to 6 minutes for light color.
  • Deglaze with the white wine and tomato puree. Add the Perfect Pasta Gourmet Crab Ravioli, and fresh mussels, cover with a lid and light lightly simmer for 8 to 10 minutes, until all the mussels are open. Discard any unopened mussels.
  • Season with chili flake, parsley and salt and pepper. Generously ladle into deep bowls and enjoy.
