  • 1 Package Perfect Pasta Four Cheese Ravioli
  • 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 2 tsp. Corn Meal
  • 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 cup Chopped Fresh Tomatoes
  • Fresh Basil
  • Chili Flake Optional


  • Preheat an oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Toss the Perfect Pasta Four Cheese Ravioli in olive oil.
  • Sprinkle a non-stick pizza pan with cornmeal. This acts as crunchy crust on the bottom of the ravioli after it is baked.
  • Place ravioli on pizza pan so they are just about to touch one another, spread the mozzarella over top and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown and evenly colored.
  • Remove from the oven and top with the tomatoes, and basil.
