  • 1 package Perfect Pasta Spinach Tortellini
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella
  • 1 cup Shredded Parmesan
  • 1 package Frozen Spinach, Thawed, Drained Dry
  • 6 oz. Marinated Artichokes, Drained and Chopped
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

  • Preheat an oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Remove the top of the bread bowl and carefully empty out the soft interior bread. Leave about a ½ an inch crust, dispose of or re-purpose the rest of the bread. Also, carefully pull away the excess bread from the top of bread bowl, leaving a crown of crust.
  • In a bowl mix the mayonnaise, mozzarella, parmesan, spinach and artichokes with Perfect Pasta Spinach Tortellini. Fill the mixture in the bread bowl.
  • Bake for 20 to 25 minutes completely wrapped in foil, this is important to prevent the bread from burning.
  • To serve, simply unwrap from foil, place on a large platter with a spoon and allow people to enjoy!
