  • 1 Package Gourmet Lobster Ravioli
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 each 6oz Ribeye or Filet Mignon
  • 1 cup Beef Gravy
  • 2 cups Frozen Haricots Verts
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste


  • Boil 6 cups of salted water in a large pot.
  • Warm a stove top cast iron pan on high heat for 5 to 10 minutes. Season both sides of the steak generously with salt and pepper. Drizzle the pan with 1 Tbsp of olive oil.
  • Cook the steak on each side for roughly 5 to 6 minutes, or until the internal temperature is medium rare - or to your preferred doneness.
  • Warm the beef gravy in a small sauce pot, and as it's warming, blanch the Gourmet Lobster Ravioli in the boiling water for 4-6 minutes. About a minute before removing the ravioli, add the haricots verts, then strain the ravioli with the haricots verts. Remove the beef gravy from heat and let sit for plating.
  • Plate the steak and cover generously with the warm beef gravy, then garnish with the haricots verts and the Gourmet Lobster Ravioli. Light a candle and enjoy your meal.
