  • 1 Package Perfect Pasta Gourmet Italian Chicken Ravioli
  • 2 cup Tomato Sauce
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 cups Kale, Chopped
  • ½ lb. Cooked Italian Chicken Sausage, Cut ½ inch thick on the Bias
  • 1 cup Julienne Roasted Red Peppers
  • 1 cup Toasted Pine Nuts
  • ½ cup Shredded Parmesan


  • In large enamel glazed cast iron pan, warm the tomato sauce and heavy cream with 1 cup of water. Add the Perfect Pasta Gourmet Italian Chicken Ravioli and cook at a low simmer for 8 to 10 minutes uncovered, gently mixing the pasta every 3 or so minutes.
  • Fold in the kale, chicken sausage, red peppers, and pine nuts and continue to cook for another 3 to 5 minutes, until the kale has wilted and gently cooked.
  • Garnish the top with shredded parmesan cheese. Place the one-pot ravioli entrée right on the table and dig in!
