  • 1 package Perfect Pasta Beef Tortellacci
  • 1 tsp. Chopped Fresh Garlic
  • ½ lb. Raw Italian Chicken Sausage
  • 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 box Prepared Beef Bone Broth
  • 1 small can Cannellini Beans, Strained
  • 1 ½ cups Roughly Chopped Broccoli Rabe, Bite Size Pieces
  • 1 pinch Crushed Chili Flake
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

  • In a large soup pot on medium high heat, cook the garlic and chicken sausage in olive oil, continuously breaking up the sausage with a wooden spoon. Cook for 6 to 8 minutes or until there is light color on the sausage. Slowly add the bone broth and reduce to a light simmer.
  • Add the package of Perfect Pasta Beef Tortellacci and cannellini beans and let cook for 8 to 10 minutes. As the pasta cooks, adjust with 1 cup of water.
  • Carefully fold in the broccoli rabe, chili flake and salt and pepper to taste, allow to cook for another 5 minutes. Serve immediately and enjoy!
