  • 1 Package Perfect Pasta Gourmet Salmon Ravioli
  • 2 tsp. Chopped Shallots
  • 2 Tbsp. Unsalted Butter
  • ½ cup White Wine
  • 2 cups Heavy Cream
  • 2 tsp. Stone Ground Mustard
  • ¼ cup Chopped Fresh Dill
  • 1 bunch Asparagus, Stems Removed and Cut into Bite Size Pieces
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste


  • In a large pot on high heat, boil 6 cups of salted water.
  • In a medium sauce pot, cook the shallots in the 1 Tbsp. of butter for 4 to 5 minutes, until translucent. Deglaze with white wine and let reduce for 5 more minutes until the pan is dry.
  • Add the heavy cream and mustard and whisk. Allow to simmer for 10 minutes, season with salt and pepper and add the chopped dill.
  • In a small sauté pan on high heat, quickly cook the asparagus in the remaining butter for 4 to 5 minutes, until al dente and lightly roasted, but still beautiful green.
  • Blanch the Perfect Pasta Gourmet Salmon Ravioli for 5 to 6 minutes, strain and toss in the sauce.
  • Plate the pasta and garnish with the asparagus. Enjoy!
