  • 1 package Perfect Pasta Spinach and Cheese Lasagna Rolls
  • 4 cups Vegetable oil
  • 1 cup Seasoned All Purpose Flour
  • 2 cups Egg Wash (2 eggs whisked with 2 Tbsp. water)
  • 2 cups Breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup Alfredo Sauce, warmed
  • ½ cup Marinara, warmed
  • ½ cup Fresh Pesto


  • Warm the vegetable oil in a medium sized pot on high heat until the oil is approximately 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Place the Perfect Pasta Spinach and Cheese Lasagna Rolls in the egg wash one by one, then shaking off any excess, dredge in the breadcrumbs.
  • Once the oil is warm, fry for about 3 minutes, just enough to achieve a golden color overall.
  • Serve immediately with the 3 dipping sauces: Alfredo, Marinara, and Pesto.
