  • 1 package Perfect Pasta Spinach Ravioli
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp. Chia Seeds
  • 2 each Limes, Juiced and Zested
  • ¼ cup Amber Honey
  • ½ cup Good Olive Oil
  • 4 cups Fresh Baby Spinach, Washed and Dried
  • 1 cup Shredded Carrots
  • 1 cup Edamame Beans
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, Cut in Half
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste


  • Boil 6 cups of lightly salted water in a medium-large pot with a lid. Cook the Perfect Pasta Spinach Ravioli for 5 to 6 minutes, then strain and cool under cold water.
  • In a bowl, whisk the yogurt, chia seeds, lime juice and zest, honey and ¼ cup of the olive oil. Mix the ravioli in the vinaigrette.
  • Plate the fresh spinach and add the fresh vegetable atop: carrots, edamame beans and cherry tomatoes.
  • Add the ravioli and serve.
