  • 1 package Perfect Pasta Special Gnocchi
  • 3 cups Diced Cooked Chicken Breast
  • 2 Tbsp. Unsalted Butter
  • 1 cup Diced Peeled Carrots
  • 1 cup Diced Washed Celery
  • 1 1/2 cups Quartered Cremini Mushrooms
  • 2 cups Heavy Cream
  • 2 cups Premade Chicken Stock
  • 1 1/2 cups Frozen Pearl Onions
  • 1 cup Frozen Peas
  • 2 tsp. Chopped Fresh Parsley

directions

  • In a large deep sauce pot on medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter and add the diced cooked chicken, carrots, celery, cremini mushrooms and lightly sauté for 5 minutes
  • Add the cream and chicken stock and let come to a boil then turn down the heat, add the pearl onions and let cook for 10 to 15 minutes on low
  • In a separate pot, boil 6 cups of water with 1 tablespoon of salt. When the water comes to a boil, add the frozen Perfect Pasta Special Gnocchi and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Strain and toss in 1 tablespoon of butter, and chopped fresh parsley
  • Just before serving, fold in the peas and parsley. Spoon the chicken and vegetable gravy and garnish with the Perfect Pasta Special Gnocchi
