  • Preheat an oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Place two packages of Italian Style Beef Toasted Bites onto a non-stick 13" x 9" rimmed baking sheet or sheet pan. Bake for 8-10 minutes per package directions.
  • While Ravioli are baking, heat a medium skillet on medium heat and add the mild salsa and enchilada sauce. Simmer until ravioli are done baking, stirring occasionally with a wooden spoon to mix flavors together. Remove ravioli from oven (especially if they begin to puff up) and let cool for 1 minute. Leave the oven on.
  • Pour salsa and enchilada sauce mixture over the top of the ravioli and use a spoon to spread evenly. Add shredded Monterey Jack cheese over the top, covering the entire dish evenly. Add sliced black olives on top, again making sure they are spread evenly.
  • Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for an additional 3 to 4 minutes, or until cheese is melted and golden brown. Remove from oven, let stand for 3-5 minutes, and use a spatula to serve. Enjoy!
