Fiesta Style Italian Beef Ravioli Pizza

Preheat an oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Place two packages of Italian Style Beef Toasted Bites onto a non-stick 13" x 9" rimmed baking sheet or sheet pan. Bake for 8-10 minutes per package directions.
While Ravioli are baking, heat a medium skillet on medium heat and add the mild salsa and enchilada sauce. Simmer until ravioli are done baking, stirring occasionally with a wooden spoon to mix flavors together. Remove ravioli from oven (especially if they begin to puff up) and let cool for 1 minute. Leave the oven on.
Pour salsa and enchilada sauce mixture over the top of the ravioli and use a spoon to spread evenly. Add shredded Monterey Jack cheese over the top, covering the entire dish evenly. Add sliced black olives on top, again making sure they are spread evenly.
Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for an additional 3 to 4 minutes, or until cheese is melted and golden brown. Remove from oven, let stand for 3-5 minutes, and use a spatula to serve. Enjoy!
