  • 1 Package Perfect Pasta 3-Inch Round Cheese Ravioli
  • ½ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 Beef Steak Tomatoes, Cut in Half, Cored and Sliced into ½ inch Thick Slices
  • 1 8 oz. Ball of Fresh Mozzarella Sliced into ½ inch Thick Slices
  • 1 bunch Fresh Basil Leaves
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

directions

  • In a large pot on high heat, boil 6 cups of salted water.
  • Blanch the Perfect Pasta 3-Inch Round Cheese Ravioli for 5 to 6 minutes, remove, toss in a touch of olive oil and let cool.
  • To plate, alternate between the round ravioli, tomato slices, mozzarella and torn basil. Drizzle with the remaining olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
