  • 1 package Perfect Pasta Round Sausage Ravioli
  • 2 tsp. Chopped Garlic
  • 1 Tbsp. Chili Flake
  • ¼ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 bunch Fresh Broccoli Rabe, Rough Cut into Large Bite Size Pieces
  • 2 Lemons, Juiced and Zested
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

directions

  • Boil 6 cups of lightly salted water in a medium sauce pot.
  • In a large sauté pan, mix the garlic, chili flake and olive oil and warm until fragrant. Add the broccoli Rabe and sauté for 3 to 4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Blanch the Perfect Pasta Round Sausage Ravioli for 5 to 6 minutes, remove with a strainer and toss in broccoli rabe. Add the just-cooked ravioli, lemon juice and zest. Serve and enjoy.
