Weekly Recipe Feature 7/29/19
This week’s recipe idea is a crisp, refreshing summer salad featuring our Classic Cheese Tortellini atop a bed of fresh baby spinach. We add in chunks of pineapple, strawberry slices, dried cranberries and salted cashews for a burst of flavor and texture. Topping it all off is a delicious orange citrus poppy seed vinaigrette. Pop this dish in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or more prior to guests arriving and you’ve got a knockout of a cold pasta salad.
